When filing in Total Recovery Solution® (TRS®), please keep in mind that an E-Subro Hub offer of liability is not binding in TRS arbitration. While prior E-Subro Hub negotiations can be submitted as evidence in an arbitration filing, the negotiations or agreements are not binding. The arbitrator will make a decision based upon their review of the arguments and evidence submitted in TRS.
